Under the auspices, honor and presence of His Excellency Minister / Lahcen Al-Sakoury - Moroccan Ministry of Youth and Sports - Marrakesh, Kingdom of Morocco.
It is an international scientific association that was founded during the first international conference on sports law in Athens and was held on December 11-13, 1992 AD, Greece, and since then the conference is held annually in the country of origin.

And from this year 2015 AD, it was decided to be held in the Middle East, specifically in the countries of the Arab Maghreb, so that it would be a great opportunity for the West to meet the East. The goals of the association are as follows:

Developing science, research, teaching international sports law and studies, and establishing office studies and laboratories.
Studies of the scientific materials of sports law, the foundation for the Olympic Games.
Organizing scientific lectures and conferences on sports law at the international level and the foundation for the Olympic Games.
As well as lectures and information aimed at raising the cultural and educational level of peoples.
Publication of scientific texts with similar objectives, from a scientific journal, newsletter and annual conference and cooperation with persons and legal entities internationally and subscribers with similar objectives.
